Your name and contact info will not be shared or sold with any third-party companies or individuals.
LICENSE GRANT. Destiny grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the object code copy of the Product distributed with this Agreement (the "Copy") along with related documentation during the term of this Agreement on a single CPU, which CPU you may change from time to time. Such license shall be terminable as provided herein.
You must not remove, from any copies of the Product, any copyright and other proprietary rights notices which appear on the Product as originally provided by Destiny.
If Destiny provides you with any error corrections, updates or upgrades to the Product, such error corrections, updates or upgrades shall be considered part of the Product for the purposes of this Agreement, except as may be otherwise indicated by Destiny.
