The Play MPE® system is an invitation-only service funded by Record Labels, and allows them to safely and securely deliver their new music to their industry partners for promotional or broadcast use.
The system gives Record Labels the ability to:
- Significantly reduce the cost of manufacturing Pro-CD’s and Promo CD’s, as well as mailing, postage and environmental costs.
- Improve productivity by being able to deliver new tracks instantaneously
- Be certain that their content is received on-time every-time
- Easily track who is listening with a range of live-data online reporting tools

- Full support for the preview streaming or download of music tracks, track bundles, full albums or music videos.
- Portability between the office and home meaning you can access the system at a time and location that suits you.
- Security of content on the system is paramount with all tracks containing a unique digital watermark which survives all analogue and digital replications and ensures content owners can rest easy that each track can be traced back to each registered user and the computer they used.
- A range of export options are available so tracks can be instantly exported in a variety of formats such as .wav, .wma, and .m4a files. The system also supports effortless CD export with it’s in-built CD Burning software or easily exported to iPods or other portable music players.
- Access to a single and united database of releases from a multitude of sources.
- Tracks are displayed with additional promo material including video previews, bio information, cover art, artist images and other valuable programming and on air tools.
As the content owner you upload your own music using our Encoder software and you choose who you want it sent to, at what time you want it available, and what DRM restrictions you want placed on the content.

This is also a software application that is used record labels or content owners to upload broadcast quality music or preview video files directly to our secure Internet servers. This software provides numerous options to the end-user, including the ability to download and stream song and video previews, set track DRM permissions, select and administer trusted users, send mass email announcements and enhance artists by inserting stunning graphics and visual materials. Access the system from any computer in the world..
Users can access the system directly from any web browser, however you must still have the Player software installed if you wish to download or export a track or video.
To access the Available Tracks section from your browser simply enter your Player username and password in the Login box on the main homepage or click here. You will be able to access all your releases, listen to streams and view track information.
